Sidney Stringer Academy is a highly successful 11-18 school with places for 1,050 11-16 pupils and 300 Post 16 students. The most recent Ofsted inspection was in March 2013 where the Academy was judged to be outstanding in every category. This year the school was placed in the Top 6% of schools nationally for progress with our Maths department being in the Top 4%.The academy was also named as one of the TOP 100 non- selective state schools in the country for student progress based on results in 2013. We are a leading edge school and  are regularly invited to share good practice at local and national events . Our strengths include high quality leadership at all levels, personalised curriculum planning, high quality Teaching and learning   and outstanding pastoral and learning support for our pupils. Ofsted described the quality of care and support as “Exceptional”.

Finham Park is a popular, successful and exciting secondary comprehensive school, located in the south-west of Coventry. The school became an ‘Outstanding’ convertor to Academy status in August 2011. Currently oversubscribed, the school attracts students from across the city.

We have an excellent academic track record. Standards are consistently above national averages – a credit to the students, their families and our staff. We are a High-Performing Specialist School in Mathematics and Computing and also have National Support School and Leading Edge status. Additionally, we offer a large and ambitious community education programme, which has around 1,000 people enrolled onto a wide range of courses

Ernesford Grange Community Academy

Ernesford Grange Community Academy is an 11 to 18 mixed comprehensive school situated on the South East of the City. In April 2015 we will be moving into our new purpose-built school building, with Riverbank – a broad spectrum Special School. We are recognised by OFSTED for being a school where there are excellent relationships between staff and students which create a positive environment for learning to take place. This has enabled us to improve our students’ results significantly and we are now one of the most improved schools in the City. We work closely with other schools to provide the best provision for our students and are proud to be part of the Sidney Stringer Multi Academy Trust.
